About Champagne Tribaut Schloesser

Tribaut-Schloesser was born from the union of Jean Tribaut with Suzanne Schloesser, both wine growing families. Located in the heart of Champagne in Romery, the house was founded in 1929. For four generations, the Tribaut Family has produced impressively delicate and refined Champagnes.

The estate’s vineyards are situated in the best locations between the Montagne de Reims and the Marne Valley. In the winery and cellars, tradition and technological progress are married to ensure the highest quality Champagnes. Aging of the still wines in oak casks is an important signature of Champagne Tribaut-Schloesser. The combination of oak-aged wines and fresh, stainless-steel wines provide a delicate balance that defines the house style.

About Valentin Tribaut

The youngest grandson of Jean Tribaut, Valentin Tribaut attended the Lycée Viticole de la Champagne. He oversees the vineyard management and directs the export business of the house. With his older brother Sébastien, who manages the domaine and is head wine-maker, Valentin represents the fourth generation of the Tribaut-Schloesser family as the house approaches it’s 100 year celebration.
